Disappointed! I made a specific order over the phone the day before Mothers Day. Details were give and all was set & ready. I even called on the morning of Mothers Day to make sure my order was on its way and a lady assured me that it was all fine. Come 4pm my order was still not received and I called again to ask what was going on? My order was not TAKEN at all? Absolutely in disbelief that out of all days this happened to me. I spoke to another lady and made a quick order with whatever she had left in store to be sent out immediately, after spelling out names correctly and given details once again an order was finally received at 5.30pm (Mothers Day Evening) and the message on the card was spelt incorrectly. Truly the worst experience.
Terrible, terrible service and totally rude. Wont be buying from her again. Very quick to take your money.
Organised an urgent delivery of flowers promptly. Lady at the kiosk was very helpful.
